Our Services

Developing Community Partnerships with existing agencies and organizations, such as early childhood centers, public and private schools, intervention centers, and therapy centers, we provide direct services in developmental therapy and adaptive behavior services for individuals, incorporating diagnostic and educational evaluations, comprehensive assessments, program development, 1:1 services, and coordinated progress monitoring.

Working with our Community Partners to provide a comprehensive consultation model incorporating structured interviews and observations, job-embedded-coaching, program review and development, as well as ongoing progress monitoring,  we assist with coordination of care, identifying barriers and problem-solving solutions to improve outcomes for individuals receiving services in school district programs, integrated behavioral health centers, and therapy centers.

Bringing additional services and supports to individuals receiving services through Arkansas Medicaid ARKids and PASSE programs provided through existing early intervention centers, adult intervention centers, and school-based Medicaid services, we provide screenings, evaluations, and treatment program development to help bridge the gaps in services and ensure coordinated care across service delivery models, increasing individual and organizational outcomes.

Collaborating with agencies providing Home and Community Based Services and other Medicaid Waiver programs serving children and adults with intellectual, developmental, learning and behavior needs, our team provides behavior consultation and other program services and supports, such as individualized program review, developing integrated person-centered supports, and coordinated progress monitoring, to ensure all children and families access services across settings in a manner that meets their individualized needs.

By incorporating supervision and mentorship models,  professional development, and collaborative training opportunities into our service delivery models, as well as offering as an independent service, we provide opportunities for families, caregivers, educators and providers to engage in meaningful learning opportunities to enhance their roles in supporting individuals with developmental, intellectual, learning, and behavioral delays. 

Our affiliated team at Learning & Behavior Consulting provides organizational & agency level consultation and program review utilizing principles of organizational behavior management focusing on systems design and analysis and performance management. The team provides individualized professional development facilitation through whole group, focused groups, and professional learning community models, as well as individualized job-embedded coaching services to maximize efforts of those providing direct services, in addition to policy and procedural design and analysis.
