Program Services Director

The Program Services Director leads the organizational teams with a focus on ensuring services exceed quality assurance standards while clinical outcomes measures remain impactful and meaningful to the children, families, providers and educators of the organizations and communities we serve.  Responsible for the strategic direction and development of company programs, cultivating new and current client relationships, and furthering the overall mission of the organization, the Director facilitates communication to identify innovative and resourceful ways to meet the needs of the community. Leading the program services team in research initiatives, as well as ensuring continued growth for team members, and our partners in service, the Program Services Director serves team members and community partners as a leader in supporting a high performing, inclusive work culture through researching and modeling best practices to  ensure a rewarding and inspiring mission-driven work environment

Program Services Supervisor

The Program Services Supervisor assists with leading the team of Program Services Consultants, Specialists, and Coordinators with a focus on ensuring team members have the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to meet the organizational goals and objectives. The Supervisor creates the opportunity for team members to serve in an environment that ensures psychological safety for all with whom we connect and collaborate. As a Supervisor, you have the opportunity to grow and develop your professional skills alongside your team, as well as through continuous collaboration with the multitude of human services providers, giving space, time, and resources to allow you to learn and grow to your full potential. In addition to clinical duties related to maintaining a caseload and relevant responsibilities as a BCBA®, the Supervisor serves as a supervisor to students in behavior analytic programs, assisting them in meeting requirements for restricted and unrestricted supervision, maximizing learning opportunities for clinical skills development, as well as required, and unique, components of the role when serving in healthcare and educational industries. Our program services are integrated with early childhood centers, daycares, preschools, schools, adult services, and community settings, allowing our clients to maximize learning in their natural environment, alongside peers, promoting generalization of skills across all environments.

Program Services Consultant

The Program Services Consultant, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®), provides leadership in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to provide a holistic model of service delivery to individuals identified with autism spectrum disorder, as well as other developmental, intellectual, learning, and behavior disorders and delays. The Consultant will focus on integrating goals from all lines of intervention, education, and therapy providers, incorporating evidence-based interventions and data-based decision-making across providers and caregivers, with the foundation of all treatment decisions based on the individual’s unique learning needs and preferences.  As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Consultant ensures services are delivered in a fully integrated approach in collaboration with early childhood centers, preschools and related early intervention centers, schools, and a variety of other service programs. Consultants participate in an innovative mentorship model enhancing a variety of skills development to support a journey of lifelong, continuous learning and growth, bridging gaps in service delivery, and conducting applied research.

Program Services Specialist

The Program Services Specialist supports all aspects of service delivery, facilitating the work of the Program Services Consultants and Supervisors, ensuring coordination of care remains aligned across educators and providers through collaboration and consistent communication. The Specialist  facilitates communication among team members, and more importantly with the clients we support in serving the children and families accessing care through their organizations. With a unique opportunity to continue developing their skills as practitioners, with this focus on communication, collaboration, and coordination of care in service delivery, Specialists play a key role in ensuring clinical and organizational outcomes remain meaningful and impactful for all. Services are provided within the individual’s natural learning environments, in collaboration with early childhood centers, preschools and related early intervention centers, schools, and a variety of other service programs across the lifespan. Our service model provides unlimited opportunities for individual growth, with the potential to build service models focused on your areas of interest as you grow with our organization. Students enrolled in a graduate program for behavior analysis will receive both restricted and unrestricted supervision and mentorship, developing critical clinical, organizational, and leadership skills while serving on a multi-disciplinary applied research team.  

Program Services Coordinator

The Program Services Coordinator plays an integral role in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members through providing support, implementing training, monitoring progress, and coordinating services for a team of Program Service Providers, under the guidance and supervision of Program Services Consultants and Supervisors. Coordinators continue developing their skills as practitioners as they provide 1:1 services as described in the Program Services Provider role, giving them the opportunity to ensure interventions, protocols, and supports are designed the way intended to meet individual learning objectives. Services are provided within the individual’s natural learning environments, continuously strengthening the interprofessional team to deliver a range of services with a fully integrated approach in collaboration with early childhood centers, preschools and related early intervention centers, schools, and a variety of other service programs. Our service model provides unlimited opportunities for individual growth, with the potential to build service models focused on your areas of interest as you grow with our organization. Students enrolled in a graduate program for behavior analysis or related fields will receive both restricted and unrestricted supervision and mentorship in a unique learning environment enhancing a variety of skills development to support a journey of lifelong, continuous learning and growth.  

Program Services Provider

The Program Services Provider is an essential role in delivering developmental and adaptive behavior services to the children and families we serve for our clients. The Provider implements each learner’s program of evidence-based interventions with fidelity, while providing accurate data collection so each child receiving direct services has their needs met across environments and activities. The Provider, with training and support provided to meet skills and requirements as a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®), provides 1:1 services under the supervision of a BCBA®. Interventions in this environment are focused on enhancing learning related to child and human development in the areas of social, emotional, language, motor, and cognitive skills, utilizing developmental and adaptive behavior therapy based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.  A primary goal is to increase skill acquisition, while in turn, reducing behaviors identified as impeding learning through developing communication skills and encouraging social interaction through play-based learning. The RBT® receives ongoing coaching, supervision, and mentorship from Program Services Consultants, Specialists, and Coordinators and may work with individuals across multiple settings, including but not limited to pre-schools, early intervention day treatment centers, public schools, private schools, and other community settings. A motivation for continuous learning and growth, openness to learning to receive and deliver meaningful feedback, and remaining authentic in communication, are essential skills in this position to support continuous growth as a practitioner.
